What I did
- Built tallvue.com with my team in React and Vite, with static prerendering for search engines.
- Built the native iOS app in SwiftUI and the Android app in Jetpack Compose.
- Set up App Store and Google Play subscriptions and one-time purchases, plus Stripe on the web.
- Built FastAPI services that call Claude and GPT, with background workers for heavy AI jobs.
- Run it on Docker and AWS, with a load balancer across two servers and DNS on Cloudflare.

Slow sites lose visitors and rank lower on Google. I find what is slowing a site down and fix it.
